Simple coloration

Manga/Anime (is it?) : Hoshi wa Uta(u) - I believe that's how it's spelled. Some people spell it without the 'u' at the end while others don't

I thought it was a cute pic and a believe Kana-chan was doing the pat on the head which made me adore it. I think xD Proving I have bad memory...I could go back and look, but I'm lazy xD

Disabled comments because I just am not in the mood for people's comments for 'okay' or 'it sucks'. I realize that. I'm using Paint for goodness sake! I'm just doing simple coloring till I hopefully get Photoshop CS3 ;3
